Comments/Feedback:
  Mr. Conrad was courteous and helpful. He comes across as very knowledgeable in the subject matter which reinforces confidence in the listener. The only thing I would suggest could have been more positive was the process of scheduling a time to meet. The consultation was supposed to be in-person, but the delays over months pushed it back until we ended up in the midst of COVID-19 and had to do the whole meeting remotely.
