Have a question, thank you for the webinar by the way very informative. Do you provide any tax info regarding CSRS employees ? Some of my retirement contributions were taxed pre 1986 how do I figure out my withholding and this tax recovery on this portion of my annuity. OPM doesn’t offer any advice on this matter, briefly mentioned on IRS pub 721 under 3year rule and the general rule. Impossible to find tax advisers on this subject because CSRS is 4% of federal work force. Any help or tax professionals schooled on form W4P and CSRS employees tax recovery methods in Washington State . Thanks Frank McBride.
