1st my med. Retirement pension has been off set by my SSDI PAYMENTS & OPM can't cite the regulation. I am FERS SYS. I was told the off set was not supposed to happen. Additionally, I asked OPM what if I get another fed. Job, would my service time start from where I left off or reset? No answere& no cite of regulations. Can u explain?
