My ex-husband, Trevor Tilley, FAA submitted a court order for disbursement of the 401k due to divorce on March 29th. I understood that the process would take 20-30 days. I still have not received the initial letter after 18 business days.i am inquiring if TSP received the court order and what progress is being made.
